The hotel was great! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, from the front desk staff, David, to the wonderful housekeeping attendants. The room was clean and the beds were so comfortable with lots of pillows. Will definitely come back!
I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and my experience was truly excellent. The property is beautifully maintained, spotless, and welcoming, with an comfortable atmosphere. The staff was always attentive to every need, making me feel at home from the very beginning. The rooms are well-designed, and very comfortable, perfect whether you’re traveling for leisure or business. The location is also great and very convenient for getting around easily. You can really feel the passion and care behind the management of this hotel. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. I will definitely be back!
Really impressed with this place. The hotel is modern, well kept, and feels very efficient. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and it was surprisingly quiet given how close it is to the airport. Everything worked exactly as it should, which made the stay stress-free. I’d happily book here again.
Decent hotel with great prices and can leave car there for a nominal fee while on cruise. Beds were comfy but it was a chilly night when we stayed and needed extra blankets, I went down to talk to front desk girl and she is quite unfriendly and should learn to smile more.. I said that's housekeeping's job and no one is here right now. I told her our heat was not working so she made a phone call and magically The maintenance man came later to give me another duvet. The gentleman at the front desk the next day was very helpful and much more personable. There is no breakfast. No vending machines and only one elevator works. I did speak with the manager the next morning and he was apologetic about a few things. Overall for the price it's a great deal clean room nice amenities in the room. There is an IHOP and a McDonald's and a convenience store around the corner.
Very accessible to the airport & to go into down town. Alba helped me book my tour on the boat pick up & drop off after tour of all the celebrities homes on the bay side waters. The rooms are very clean and have king size beds, no breakfast but across the road is a sports bar & ihop cafe open 24 hours, lovely food & fantastic variety of breakfasts & deserts. All the staff are very helpful at the B&B airport hotels. Very reasonably priced $137.00 per day. Alba thank you for helping me with start to finish you deserve all the bonuses
What a WONDERFUL place to stay! Rooms were so clean and smelled very nice when walking in! The beds were very comfortable and the TVs were big! Water was hot which I really love when I shower. The Staff was amazing at the front desk and through out my stay, housekeeping helped get me anything and everything I needed! If you need to stay near the airport.. THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!!! I will be back again soon!
Great location, approximate to many great attractions of Miami. Rooms very clean and bed/pillows very comfortably! Alessandro the GM was attentive and cared about my experience before I left. Great service!
I had a very pleasant experience at B&B Hotels. The service was excellent, the cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff was highly professional and attentive. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
